Hello! We're Rini - a candle obsessed half English / half Irish duo living & working in a tiny one-bed flat in North London (definitely not always as wholesome as it may sound). When we're not busy planning what we are going to eat next or who's turn it is to do the dishes, we are busy creating and designing all of our funky candles, Jesmonite and other little treasures out of this wonderful little flat. We are both two huge lovers of all things colour, interiors & lifestyle, and after taking up candle making as a hobby to get us through lockdown number 1 (candle making & many failed attempts at banana bread), Rini was created! Consider Rini your one stop shop for all things lifestyle & home, colour & style, where along with our own Rini products which are designed and made in-house (...in-flat?) we are proud to also be stocking some of our favourite small British brands. We aim to ship any orders received Monday – Friday before 3pm the same day. Otherwise we aim to ship the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday: we aim to ship the next working day on the Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday and then we aim to ship the following working day.
All orders will dispatch within 1–3 working days, during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
We use tracked Royal Mail for our deliveries and ship to the UK and Ireland. We do not ship Internationally currently.
UK: 2nd class standard delivery (48 hours): £4.99
UK: 1st class premium delivery (24 hours): £6.50
Ireland: International tracked: £12.00
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order then please email us at hello@rinistore.com where we will try our hardest to solve the problem. You have 14 days to return an order in it's original, sellable condition. When the item(s) have been received back at Rini we will issue a refund. Cost of return shipping is at the discretion of the customer, and must be sent via tracked mail.
